Erin is employed on a full-time basis by the St. Clair Catholic District School Board. In order to prevent potential conflicts of interest, Erin will be taking the following precautionary steps: Erin will not provide services to any students that currently attend Ursuline College Chatham (UCC). If a student receiving school-based services requires additional support, the student may be referred to other mental health supports in the community. Erin will not make any referrals to her own private practice. Consistent with the OCSWSSW Code of Ethics, information obtained in private practice cannot be released without the written consent of the individual and/or their guardian.
