$140 per 50 minute individual counselling session.

In alignment with our value of “community,” a portion of each session fee is donated back to non-profit mental health initiatives in Chatham-Kent, Ontario.

At Comm, we believe mental health care should be accessible. We offer income-based sliding scale counselling on an as-needed basis.

Payment is due the day of your session and can be paid via cash, visa, cheque or e-transfer. Invoices and receipts are sent to you via secure email communication.

Many extended health benefits provide coverage for services provided by registered Social Workers.

In an effort to provide a convenient payment process Comm offers direct insurance billing through TELUS Health.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide 24 hours notice. Missed appointments without 24 hours notice will be subject to the full session fee. However, we understand that life happens. This policy may be altered dependent upon circumstance.

Here at Comm, we respect and protect the confidentiality of all information entrusted to us, except as permitted or required by law. As per the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW), there are limits to confidentiality that we must adhere to, particularly related to safety.
