Why we use CBT?

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is an evidence-based intervention that guides our psychotherapeutic work. As certified cognitive behavioural therapists, we use CBT to help our clients look deeper into how their perceptions, view points, and beliefs may be affecting the way they feel. CBT focuses on current, real life scenarios and challenges.

We are flexible and integrate other modalities of psychotherapeutic care into our sessions based on our clients’ presenting concerns. It is our goal to help our clients live in alignment with their values and aspirations.
