Erin WALSH, MSW RSW

Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist

Reaching out for support takes strength, and I’m so glad you’ve taken that important first step. I’m here to support you in navigating life’s challenges with compassion and understanding. My approach to therapy is person-centered, and focused on creating a safe, non-judgemental space where you can fully show up as you are. I believe that you are the expert of your own life, and I’m here to support you in uncovering your strengths and navigating what matters most to you.

I have dedicated the last five years to supporting mental health in schools, hospitals, and private practice settings. In our work together, I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialetical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These methods allow me to tailor our sessions to best meet your unique needs and goals.

I offer in-person sessions in Chatham–Kent and virtual sessions for clients across Ontario. My goal is to make therapy accessible and convenient for you.

I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey of growth, healing, and self-discovery.
