Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
As a Psychotherapist, my approach is relational, with trust as the foundation of our work together. I specialize in working with individuals and couples to navigate life’s challenges and foster meaningful, positive change.
For individuals, I offer support in processing grief, trauma, anxiety and difficult life transitions. By integrating Internal Family Systems, Gestalt therapy and Somatic Experiencing, I guide clients to become more aware of their feelings, thoughts, and physical sensations, fostering a deeper connection with themselves. This holistic approach helps in cultivating self-compassion, reclaiming your sense of inner strength, clarity and building a more authentic, empowered life.
For couples, I focus on helping partners deepen their connection, improve communication, and better understand one another. Drawing from the principles of Gestalt therapy, I bring awareness to the present moment, guiding couples to explore their emotions, behaviors, and unspoken dynamics. With empathy and a collaborative approach, I help couples create healthier communication patterns, navigate conflicts, and cultivate greater emotional intimacy. My goal is to empower couples to build more authentic, supportive relationships where both partners feel seen, heard, and valued.
Regardless of where you find yourself in your process, whether you’re facing personal challenges or working to strengthen your relationship, I am here to sit with you and hold space even in those places that feel daunting, painful, or overwhelming.
